Jump Rope for Heart
The Heart Foundation Jump Rope for Heart is about teaching children how to keep fit and healthy. Students learned physical activities like rope-jumping to improve their strength, gaining confidence and stamina to extend their physical abilities elsewhere.
Students who participated in Jump Rope for Heart had lots of fun with their peers. At the same time they learned about saving Australian lives by raising funds to go towards research to help the fight against heart disease and stroke in Australia.

Health and PE Week
During the second week of Term 4 it was Health and PE week. There were a variety of special activities throughout the week, such as dress up as your favourite sportsperson day and lunchtime disco.
Every morning students participated in a “Wake up Shake Up” routine and at the end of the week we performed it for parents at assembly.
Tennis Clinc
Each and every student has had the exciting opportunity both last term and this term to participate in tennis clinics. The coaches taught the students how to hit forehands and backhands and played different games with them to help consolidate their learning. Even with the very warm weather this term the all students tried their best and had a lot of fun.
