We warmly invite you and your family to attend our Welcome Barbecues and Information Nights, to be held across two evenings. These events are a great opportunity to meet staff, connect with other families, and begin the year together as a school community.
Kindergarten, Prep and Junior School Families
When: Monday 2nd February 2026
Time: 5:00pm – 6:30pm
An information session for Junior School families will be held in Room 18 (1/2P classroom) from 5:00pm – 5:20pm.
Middle and Senior School Families
When: Monday 9th February 2026
Time: 5:00pm – 6:30pm
Both information sessions will be held in the E Wood Centre:
- Middle School: 5:00pm – 5:20pm
- Senior School: 5:30pm – 5:50pm
Food and Catering
Food will be served on the Basketball Court from 5:00pm – 6:30pm. The school will provide:
- Gluten-free beef sausages in white bread
- A limited number of vegetarian sausages
If you require vegetarian sausages, please indicate the quantity when booking your tickets. Families are welcome to bring additional food if they wish.
Drinks will be available for purchase:
- Bottled water, juice boxes and cans – $2 each
- Zooper Dooper icy poles – $1 each
